Breakfast Ride 5: Over 1500+ Riders stormed Baguio City to #SupportOurTroops

With only 1000 riders expected to attend the Breakfast Ride, over 1500+ confirmed riders have joined the event according to PMA Supt. Lt. Gen Donato San Juan.

The big bike community responded well to the call, headed by Breakfast Ride’s Raymon Gabriel, for a parade that was dedicated to the military and police fighting in the war in Marawi City. The gathering aimed to deliver a strong the message by increasing awareness on our battle for freedom with the hashtag on our special shirts by Petron #SupportOurTroops.

Day 1 was the arrival of the delegates, riders and VIPs with a meet and greet event held at the Baguio Athletic Bowl. The Breakfast Ride team served dinner, barbecue and beer alongside a comedy show from Ursula and Ruffa Mae. The riders stormed the roads of Baguio with big bikes and fully booked the hotels by large groups.

Day 2 started with a quick breakfast and a 7km twisty motorcade from the Baguio Athletic Bowl to Philippine Military Academy in Loakan Road.

The PMA Alab Tala Class of 2018 performed the silent drill on the special training ground of the historic campus. Then followed by a boodle fight meal in the mess hall which easily fed a total of 2000+ cadets and riders all at the same time.

Notable people on the Breakfast Ride are Former DILG Chief AFP Coronel Rafael Alunan III, Department of Tourism Assistant Secretary Francis Alegre, DOT-Cordillera Regional Director Venus Tan, Major General Ronnie Evangelista AFP-CRS, PMA Supt. Lt. Gen Donato San Juan, National Federation of Motorcycle Clubs of the Philippines President and Koronodal City Mayor Dr. Peter Miguel, General Fernando Pace of Law Enforcers Riders Association of the Philippines (LERAP), Petron Value Card Brand Manager Bong Paguia, ELS Phils Managing Director Joey Ermita and the Breakfast Ride team led by Raymon Gabriel.
