It was the year 1984, I was then 9 years old, when I rode my first motorbike, I took to the dirt roads of what was once rural Taytay, in the province of Rizal. This first encounter with my motorcycle would take me on a journey. A journey fueled by passion that would go on to encompass a professional riding Mel as I am known in the motoring world today is driven with the same passion that kick started my career during my youth, this fervor for riding is what fuels me to impart this knowledge of riding through the Mel Aquino’s Off Road Training Camp.
The Mel Aquino’s Off Road Training Camp is the only riding school in existence in the country to date. With the camp as his proving ground, we seek to educate a new generation of riders, versed in safety riding standards, while enjoying the freedom of riding.
Premiere learning in a premiere setting
We started our class at MX Mesiah Fairgrounds located at Club Manila East, Taytay Rizal and at KRB Race Way, located at 35 Sitio Pulong Bato, Brgy., Inarawan, Antipolo City. Both are world class facilities that cater those who seek professional setting, paralled with world class safety standards.

The Mel Aquino’s Yamaha Off Road Training Camp is keen on discovering and developing a new set of riders to be more competitive, not just locally but globally. It is this vision that fuels the school, a vision that the training camp hopes to share with you.
After few months of negotiations with different possible partner, trying to offer our programs, finally we have achieved an agreement of partnership, which will mark the foundation between the school and the riding community. This partnership will commit us to work together more closely towards our common goal, the pursuit of safety riding.
